  • "Embassy" includes embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa processing centres, immigration departments, and government authorities.
  • "Services" means visa assistance, document support, appointment booking assistance, application guidance, and related administrative services.
  • "User" means any person accessing or using the website or services.

4. Nature of Services

HD Visas operates as an independent visa assistance company.

HD Visas is NOT:

  • An Embassy
  • A Consulate
  • A High Commission
  • A Government Authority
  • A Visa Issuing Authority
  • An Immigration Department

HD Visas provides administrative and support services only.

These services may include:

  • Visa consultation
  • Documentation review
  • Application preparation
  • Appointment booking assistance
  • Application tracking support
  • Travel documentation guidance

The final decision regarding visa approval, refusal, issuance, validity, cancellation, extension, or revocation remains solely with the relevant government authority.

5. No Visa Guarantee

The Applicant expressly understands and agrees that HD Visas cannot influence visa decisions.

HD Visas does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Visa issuance
  • Visa validity period
  • Multiple entry approval
  • Appointment availability
  • Interview waiver eligibility
  • Immigration clearance
  • Border entry approval

Any approval rate, processing estimate, travel advice, or informational content displayed on the website is provided for general informational purposes only and shall not constitute a guarantee.

6. Appointment Booking Services

HD Visas may assist customers in obtaining visa appointment slots.

The Applicant acknowledges that:

  • Appointment systems are owned and controlled by third parties.
  • Appointment availability changes frequently.
  • Preferred dates may not be available.
  • Appointment cancellations may occur without notice.

Neither HD Visas nor PRAPAD VACATIONS & EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED shall be liable for appointment-related losses, cancellations, delays, rescheduling, or non-availability.

7. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate
  • Legally obtained

Submission of forged, altered, manipulated, misleading, or fraudulent documents may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation
  • Reporting to authorities
  • Legal proceedings
  • Visa refusal

HD Visas reserves the right to refuse services where fraud is suspected.

10. Customer Review Obligation

Before application submission, the Applicant must carefully review:

  • Passport Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Travel Dates
  • Address
  • Employment Information
  • Supporting Documents

The Applicant remains solely responsible for errors contained within submitted applications.
